1. Pick the number of parks you want to visit - 1, 2 or all 3.   

2. Select the flexibility you want with visiting parks on the same day and ability to ride the Hogwarts Express  One Park Per Day (base) - Cannot ride the Hogwarts Express  Park-to-Park - Hop between parks and ride the Hogwarts Express between Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure. 

If you get a 2 Park, park-to-park ticket  you can go between UIA and US on the same day and ride the Hogwarts Express. If you get a 3 Park, park-to-park you can go between all 3 parks on the same day and ride the Hogwarts Express.
