How Fees Work
- 95% of my clients are Legacy Clients — clients who've already traveled with me and keep traveling with me. After each completed vacation, a Legacy Client earns one complimentary quote for their next trip, with $0 in fees to use my services. I get the same or better pricing than booking direct, plus ongoing service after the sale — applying any money-saving promos that come up before you travel.
- New clients pay a non-refundable research fee (1-3 night vacation $150, 4-7 night vacation $175, 8+ night vacation $200) for their first quote, but pay $0 in additional fees if they book with me. Same pricing advantage, same after-the-sale service. Once you complete a trip with me, you become a Legacy Client — earning your next complimentary quote and $0 fees on the vacation that follows.
- Did you know a commission is already priced into your vacation, whether you book it yourself through the vendor or through me? Booking direct through the vendor doesn't save you that money — it just lets the vendor keep the commission, while you're left to do all the research on your own.
- When you book with me, the vendor pays me the commission instead — so you get 9 years of travel experience working for you: the best places to stay, the best times to visit, and how to make every piece of your trip fit together seamlessly.

My concierge vacation planning services take the hassle and confusion out of the planning. You won't spend hours on hold trying to talk to a "live" representative, you'll have me as your guide and advocate throughout the entire process.
When it comes to my involvement in your vacation, you determine it. Some clients want me as a sounding board whereas others want me to plan the entire experience after learning about their family, and they just show up. The majority are somewhere in the middle. I'm here to help wherever it's needed.
