My concierge vacation planning services are available when you book an on-site Disney resort with a minimum of 3 days of park tickets. I cannot book Fort Wilderness Campsites.
You'll pay the exact same price as booking direct with Disney — plus I automatically apply new discounts to your reservation the moment they drop, even after you're already booked! I've sent over 500 families to Disney in the last 9 years, of all ages and group types. I've been exploring Disney with my own family since each of my kids were 1!

- Custom itinerary — all your important dates and links in one place, so you're 100% in the know before you go. You'll also get reminders prior to these dates to keep you ahead of the game.

Are you a Legacy Client?
Once you've completed a trip with me, you're a Legacy Client — and you earn one complimentary quote for your next vacation. You'll get the same or better pricing than booking direct, ongoing service after the sale, and my full expertise across all things travel. I actively track and automatically apply any money-saving promos before you travel.
Are you a Non-Legacy Client?
If this is your first trip with me, a non-refundable research fee applies to your initial quote (pricing varies by destination and length of stay, listed for each vendor). You'll still get the same pricing advantage and the same after-the-sale service — and once your trip is complete, you become a Legacy Client, earning a complimentary quote on the vacation that follows.
Research Fee for Non-Legacy Clients going to Disney World Orlando:
I charge a separate, non-refundable research fee that does not apply toward your vacation cost. Research begins once this fee is paid.
1-3 nights $150
4-7 nights $175
8+ nights $200
No additional fees are charged for any other part of your vacation for both Legacy and Non-Legacy clients. I get the exact same or better pricing and add promos to save you money even after you're booked!

If this is your first Disney vacation, we will start by reviewing crowd calendars to help you pick the best week to visit with your family. Next we'll curate the perfect Disney vacation package for your family.

There are 2 market places that do NOT require a ticket and offer free parking

Benefits of Staying at a Disney Resort
There are many benefits to staying onsite for your first Disney vacation.

- Book Multi Pass and Single Pass rides 7 days in advance (vs. 3 days in advance for offsite guests)

- Use of the Skyliner (gondola) system with access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
- Deluxe Resort guests get extended hours on certain nights at certain parks. These dates/parks are released about 60 days before travel.

Disney Ticket Options
My Disney planning services include educating you about the parks, the rides and helping you select the best options for your first Disney vacation, Select the number of park days you want with any of these options, to add to your Disney vacation package.
One Park Per Day (base) Ticket: Enjoy admission to one theme park each day of your ticket. You can pick a different park each day.
Ticket with Park Hopper Option: Hop between all 4 of our theme parks—Magic Kingdom park, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios—on each day of your ticket.
Ticket with Park Hopper PLUS Option: With this option, you enjoy same-day admission to all 4 of our theme parks—Magic Kingdom park, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios—on each day of your ticket. Plus, you get a certain number of visits to other Walt Disney World fun based on the length of your ticket. For example, a 4-day ticket allows 4 visits and a 5-day ticket allows 5 visits. (The only exception to this is that a 1-day ticket allows 2 visits). For each visit, you can choose one of the following: Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (before 4PM), Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (before 4PM).
Disney Dining Plans
If this is your first Disney vacation you'll need to check out the dining plans that can be added to your Disney vacation package. My Disney planning services include helping your family select the best restaurants to enjoy!
For 2026, kids ages 3-9 get a FREE dining plan when guests ages 10+ buy that same dining plan. This is a GREAT value for guests with kids those ages.
Quick Service Dining Plan: (2 quick-service meals, 1 snack per person, per night of your stay & re-fillable at hotel drink mug) Beverages that are part of meal entitlements include non-alcoholic specialty beverages and, for Guests 21 and older, alcoholic beverages.
Disney Dining Plan: (1 quick-service meal, 1 table service meal, 1 snack per person, per night of your stay & re-fillable at hotel drink mug) Beverages that are part of meal entitlements include non-alcoholic specialty beverages and, for Guests 21 and older, alcoholic beverages.

Memory Maker & Travel Protection
Whether it's your first Disney vacation or your 30th, I love the Memory Maker! You can add this to your Disney vacation package too.
Memory Maker: Make your vacation unforgettable when you get in the picture with Memory Maker and enjoy unlimited downloads of PhotoPass, Character Dining and attraction photos. $185 up to 4 days before travel, $210 within 4 days of travel or after travel begins.
